Our local zoning control – which impacts your neighborhood — is under attack by Sacramento politicians and greedy developers!
State politicians and their rich developer friends are working hard to undermine all local governments and the rights of its residents in having a say in the future of their City! State legislation, like SB 50 and SB 330, will take local control away from citizens and assist developers in a “one size, fits all” approach to housing that will change the nature of our residential neighborhoods forever!
