Housing: Council will consider a proposed Housing Work Plan for 2018-2019 and refer elements to the Planning & Transportation Commission for preparation of related zoning ordinance(s).

The Evergreen Park/Mayfield Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) will be discussed, including possibly allowing more commercial permits. The whole purpose for a RPPP is to reduce commercial use, not increase it. We encourage our members to support the neighborhood and voice their desire to have residents control their own neighborhood streets, not businesses.
